We will exchange or refund in full any purchase made within 30 days if product is unused. We will replace any broken or damaged diffuser up to 1 year after purchase while only using our fragrance. We will replace any diffuser that is broken after 1 year if you have been an active subscriber for a continuous 6 months. If returning, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost of product if returning unused or undamaged products. If looking to exchange a product for a different fragrance, California Fresh Home will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product.
